Victorian Sabot Sailors at Gosford
As always, Ronstan is very pleased to have been able to help out the Victoria Sabot Association and also to have been directly connected with some of the brightest talent in junior sailing. Please pass on our congratulations to the team for their great results at the recent nationals and I look forward to watching the careers of these outstanding young sailors evolve in the years ahead. Well done also to all of the parents, coaches and volunteers that have been instrumental in presenting all Sabot sailors with an opportunity to chase their dreams.

NSW Sabot 2009 State Titles Results Report and photos

Congratulations to the seven eager Sabot sailors, Oliver, Eliza, Massimo, Bevan, Kieren, Joshua & Daniel plus support crew who headed north to the warm waters of Gosford for the second week-end of the NSW state titles. The locals were welcoming and the view from the” mother ship “fantastic and comfortable!

Saturday started out with a 10-15 knt North-easter with a bit of local knowledge being handy. Sunday was a South easter 15-20 knts (the locals said Saturday was windy for Gosford). The Victorian Team did themselves proud with some encouraging results including 2 bullets for Ollie in the final 2 heats. We all had great fun (including the drive up). Looking forward to the Nationals and good luck to all those attending.

Cheers,

Kathy Solly.
