2008 Sabot States
I am very pleased to inform all Sabot sailors that this year the State Championships will be held at Port Melbourne Yacht Club over the first weekend in March (1st and 2nd). This should be an exciting weekend with lots of activity at the club as it will also be running the Jolly Boat Ashes Regatta over the same weekend.
All current Sabot sailors are welcome and are encouraged to participate in what we hope will be a great weekend of sailing at the top of the Bay. If you don't have a boat, borrow one! So, get the calendar down, find a Texta Pen, and mark the 1st and 2nd of March down as: "SAILING 2008 STATES".
Details are now being finalised with Commodore Walter Edgar and I will keep you informed of progress. Race Entry, Notice of Race, and Sailing instructions will be posted to you shortly.
