Airlie Beach Nationals

SQSA has finalised the dates for this year's Nationals at Airlie Beach. They will be following the recently revised format of short course races (2 per day). The dates are as follows:

Saturday 27 December 2008

Registration Day + Opening Ceremony

Sunday 28 December 2008

Invitation Race (pm)

Monday 29 December 2008

Race 1 & 2

Tuesday 30 December 2008

Race 3 & 4

Wednesday 31 December 2008

Race 5 & 6

Thursday 1 January 2009

Lay Day

Friday 2 January 2009

Saturday 3 January 2009

Race 9 & 10

Sunday 4 January 2009

This should help those trying to confirm accommodation bookings. We have also been advised the Stinger Suits will be mandatory, SQSA will be looking into this and will be having available as part of the Uniform a long pant – similar to those used at the Bowen Nationals. (More information on this will follow, when available).
